Research experts smith+henderson announced The Creation Station gained a 5-Star rating from their team of Franchise owners in an independent satisfaction survey.
The results have put The Creation Station in pole position as finalists for The Children’s Services Best Franchise Award 2017 sponsored by Lloyds Bank.
“We take our customer service, innovation and support… and inspiring fun very seriously, so I’m thrilled and grateful to have The Creation Station recognised by our franchise owners and to have reached the finals of this very prestigious award” said Sarah Cressall, founder and Managing Director of The Creation Station.
What makes these awards unique is they are based on feedback from thousands of actual franchisees. To be considered as a finalist, the company must have taken part in the Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark survey; in the survey, franchisees are asked to anonymously score the franchisor on qualities such as initial training, ongoing support, relationship with their franchisor and whether they would recommend their franchise to a prospective franchisee.
The winners of the 2017 Best Franchise Awards will be announced during the Best Franchise Conference to be held in Milton Keynes on Thursday 30th November 2017.
