Frequently asked questions
Where can the party be held?
Parties can take place at your home, in your garden, or at a venue of your choice. Please ensure there is space for tables and chairs, plus access to water for cleaning.
How many children can attend?
We can provide a party for 8 children or 50+. Please just let us know when you book your party. About 2-3 weeks before the party we’ll ask for number confirmation and children’s names. Up to 2 extra children can usually be accommodated on the day.
Are there age restrictions for activities?
Some activities have recommended ages. Each activity has a recommended age. Your Creation Station Arty Party leader can help you choose activities that suit the children best.
Do you provide tablecloths and aprons?
Yes! We provide protective tablecloths and aprons. Creativity can get messy though, and we can’t guarantee that paint etc., will come out of clothing.
What time do you arrive?
30 – 45 minutes before the activities start
How does the party start?
The party begins with each child decorating their own party bag, which they use to store their creations and take home afterwards. Is there an additional travel fee? Parties outside our standard area may incur a travel fee. Please contact us with your location to confirm.
What about additional needs or allergies?
Please let us know in advance about any additional needs, sensitivities or allergies so we can prepare and ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.
What if we need to change the date?
If you need to change your party date, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to offer an alternative date, subject to availability.
