How To Take A Line For A Walk

Develop your child’s hand and eye coordination and mark-making skills with this simple and fun activity.

Brought to you by The Creation Station franchise owner in Halifax, Claire O’Hara. Claire runs award-winning arts and craft classes, clubs, parties and events in Halifax.

You will need a range of different sized paintbrushes, paint and some paper.

You can extend this activity by using different coloured paints and watch what happens when the lines cross over and the paint mixes.

Have look around your home as you may find other items to use, you could try an earbud, twig or your finger dipped in paint too.

Enjoy and let your child’s creativity flow!
