Speak up and tackle Mental Health with Creative Minds workshops

World Mental Health Day is a day for global mental health education, awareness and advocacy against social stigma.

Mental health is everyone’s business. We all have times when we feel down or stressed or frightened. Most of the time those feelings pass. But sometimes they develop into a more serious problem and that could happen to any one of us.

Everyone is different. You may bounce back from a setback while someone else may feel weighed down by it for a long time.

At The Creation Station we have developed Creative Minds, an arm of the business that tackles mindfulness and well being, not only for adults in the workplace or at home but for teenagers in schools and universities to

Creativity nurtures and develops mental wellbeing in order to achieve effective and long-lasting results, this is achieved by reducing stress, increasing energy levels and enhancing positive self being, something as simple as being creative in the correct environment is sometimes the difference between moving upwards or spiralling down.

We are working towards removing any stigma attached to mental health problems. Many people don’t even feel comfortable talking about their feelings. But it’s healthy to know and say how you’re feeling.

So, take the initiative and see how a Creative Mind workshop can benefit your staff, your daily environment and your colleagues/peers. Pop your details in below and achieve the results that you want.
