Easy crafts at home with kids – How to make a crab – #Make it Monday

You will need:

Paper cups
Paint
Googley eyes
Pipe cleaners
Glue
Scissors
and five minutes with a grown up!

Step-by-Step guide:
Step 1 – First you want to paint your paper cup, make sure to paint it all and get a good even amount across it.

Step 2 – Make two holes in the top of the paper cup using the scissors – be sure to ask for a grown-up for help on this bit – scissors are sharp!

Step 3 – Cut the pipe cleaners to size and feed them into the holes.

Repeat steps 2 and 3 along the sides of the cup for the leg – be sure to space the holes evenly and bend the legs to fit.

Step 4 – Googly eyes! Using a small amount of glue – stick the googly eyes to the top of the pipe cleaners you attached first – this will give your creative crab eyes!

Step 5 – Be sure once your crab is dry to give him a big smile and maybe even a nose! Then, play!
