Why is it investing and not buying?
A franchise is an investment, not just a purchase. You receive training, support, and an exclusive territory. Over time, you can sell it for a profit. It’s like planting an acorn in a forest of oaks – a proven model with growth potential, benefiting both you and the franchisor as it develops.
How do i earn income?
We provide a multitude of income streams so you can maximise your income. We also create individual exclusive territories based on the areas that you want to operate in.
What is my potential earning?
- One franchisee has planned for 10 after schools per week with a turnover of £60,00 per year just during 30 weeks.Â
- Another focuses on regular adult craft workshops @£25/ head with an average of 20 participants, these work both face to face and online.
We’re not a get-rich-quick scheme; your success depends on your effort. Franchise partners typically see a return in 18 months or less. While we can’t guarantee income, we support you in running a proven Creation Station franchise. Some partners earn £50,000+, others around £8,000, with various business models.
How much does it cost to start a franchise?
- The Creation Station Business For Children OR Adults only, is £7,995 (including VAT)
- The Creation Station Business For Children AND Adults  Is £13,995 (including VAT)
- Enquire about the £2,000 grant towards the children OR adults franchise, bringing the cost down to just £5,995,
- Enquire about the £4,000 grant towards the children AND adults franchise, bringing the investment down to £9,995.Â
Are there any additional costs I should be aware of?
For the children or adults licence you have a monthly management service fee of £130 (including VAT).  For your craft supplies, you pay £80 into your shop account each month.
For the children and adults licence you have a monthly management service fee of £240 (including VAT).  For your craft supplies you pay £100 into your shop account each month.
You will have other costs such as insurance and marketing. We can advise you on these costs. (For many of our franchisee partners this also includes buying sparkly shoes!)Â
It’s important that you also have funds available for working capital.  We recommend a minimum of £1,500. You also need to have a way of supporting yourself financially whilst your business develops.
