As the Creation Station are working in collaboration with the Intellectual Property Office this week using Aardman Animation’s Shaun the Sheep in our creative workshops, we are calling all budding creators to take part in the national Cracking Ideas Design Challenge.
Shaun’s Cracking Ideas Design Challenge is a national programme calling “young innovators” across the UK to design a cracking contraption to transport Shaun and his friends back to the farm after they get stranded in the big city.
Your contraption could take the flock by road, rail, sea or air, using innovative materials, or ways to power your contraption. Shaun’s Cracking Ideas Design Challenge aims to teach children all about intellectual property, and the important role it plays in protecting designs, trade marks and inventions.
There are oodles of prizes to be won and for the under fives The Creation Station are providing a Creativity hamper worth £75. To enter simply upload your image to The Creation Station facebook page and use the hashtag #CrackingIdeasCreation
Come along to one of our creative sessions being held across the country this week and take part with our Cracking Ideas activities.
>> Find your local Creation Station here.
Can’t come to a session this week? Do not fear, the competition is open until 24th July so you can enter by posting a picture on the Creation Station Facebook Page or print out your Cracking Ideas Design Challenge Competition Form and post to:
