To help you fund you investment we have put together the documents you will need to help you apply for funding.
There are 6 Steps in total plus our video walking you though the steps that you need.

1. Apply to The Creation Station first
This involves paying a deposit of £79 to: The Creation Station bank

Completing an application form and email it to [email protected]
2. Applying To Your Chosen Lender
We work with BritishBusinessBank which has a higher success rate.
You can register your interest here.
This does not commit you to any lending. It is just an eligibility check and is a quick way of checking whether you would be eligible- this eligibility check DOESN’T affect your credit score.
The result is pretty quick
If you are potentially eligible you will then be contacted by one of their team.
3. Twelve Month Financial Plan
This is planning, what classes you will run in the next 12 months.
Please fill in the cells with the number of classes you will run, this will help calculate your profit for the year.

4. Cashflow Forecast and Business Plan
This is a table of your own personal outgoings.

5. Local Market Research
The banks like to know that you have done local market research.
We have put together a selection of questions you can ask. We recommend that you send them to people with children who could be your potential future customers.
(Do ask for their contact details and if you can contact them in the future).
