Meet Debi

Why I decided to run my own Creation Station…  I’m deeply motivated by the dream of working for myself, so I can create space to truly be there for my family while also nurturing my creative passions. My goal is to build a career in the arts – something that lights me up inside and reflects who I genuinely am at heart.

What I did before I ran my own Creation Station… For the past 20 years, I’ve been lucky enough to teach in a variety of educational settings – from mainstream schools to SEN and EBD environments, working with many neurodiverse students – always leading with creativity and a genuine care for the young people I support.

What I love about running my own Creation Station… I love the variety and flexibility of running my own business, especially one that encapsulates my passions of art, creativity and mindfulness.

Something you may not know about me…  I’m a huge fan of all things Disney and Christmas – there’s just something magical about them both! My love for Disney Christmas ornaments has grown so much over the years that I now have three Christmas trees just to give them all a home!

My favourite joke… How many ears does Captain Kirk have? The left ear, the right ear and the final front ear!

My favourite food…  I absolutely love Chinese food! It’s my go-to for a cosy night in or a special treat to share with loved ones.
