Job Title: After School Club Session Leaders- The Creation Station
About Us: The Creation Station provides creative arts and crafts experiences for children and adults, promoting creativity within communities. We are looking for leaders to run children’s after-school clubs.
Pay: £24 per session (including set-up and clean-up)
Role Overview:
- Organise and lead children’s arts and crafts workshops.
- Responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer enquiries.
- Coordinating with host locations for adequate facilities.
- Planning session activities.
- Setting up and clearing away.
- Conducting the workshop and collecting fees (where applicable).
- Ensuring children’s safety and wellbeing.
- Supervising assistants, if present.
- Promoting the Creation Station and acting as a brand ambassador.
- Managing administrative tasks such as risk assessments and registers.
- Handling customer complaints and following up as needed.
- Performing basic first aid, if required.
Requirements:
- Work in line with Health & Safety regulations.
- Adhere to company policies on dignity, diversity, and conduct.
- Complete necessary training.
- Enhanced DBS certificate required.
