As part of The Prince’s Trust’s 40th year celebrations, The Creation Station is supporting an Art of Diversity competition by running a themed week of art and craft workshops across the UK.
This nationwide art competition invites young people, aged 1 to 19 to create a piece of art, in the form of a drawing, painting poem or photo based on their understanding of the word ‘Diversity’.
The aim of the competition is to encourage young people to think about what diversity is and how important it is in today’s society, whilst encouraging creativity. The purpose is to highlight the positive impact diversity has in our society and to recognise, value and appreciate other people’s opinions.
