The Creation Station celebrated 18 years of inspiring imaginations at our annual conference with franchise partners. Our franchisees received a personalised gift box with strict instructions not to open until the BIG night!
After such a challenging year, it was wonderful to celebrate our awesome family of franchise partners in our zoom conference – with the theme ‘Survive & Thrive’
We reviewed some of the many things we have done this year, including:
- Daily Facebook lives and resources to support families through lockdown. With a reach of over 500,000
- 5,500+ Families supported with free craft packs and courses and 46 charities supported.
- Reduction in fees for the franchisees, including a 3-month free period
- 7,000+ 5-Star reviews on Trustpilot from our customers, about our experiences both online and running them safely face to face
- Development and launch of a new online training portal
- New income streams developed to provide online courses and safe craft packs
- Creation Station specific COVID Training Course for our franchises to show completion
- Production of a Survive & Thrive manual – updated over 13 times
- Restructuring our business to make us more robust to deal with the challenges
- Working with Home-Start and 45 other charities to creatively inspire over 5,500 families
This was followed by our Franchise Awards and celebrating what we had achieved.
The gift boxes were opened and each franchise partners received a very well deserved ‘You Are Awesome’ award.
