TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR AN ARTY PARTY

At The Creation Station, we will always endeavour to do our best to accommodate your party requirements; however, you are advised to place party bookings as early as possible to secure their chosen date, time and party options.

A £100 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure The Creation Station booking. The final number of children must be confirmed and paid for, no less than two weeks prior to the party. These amounts are non-refundable.

In the case of parties booked with two or less weeks prior to the date of the party – full payment will be required to confirm the booking.

We understand that there are sometimes addditional guests who are able to attend at the last minute. Please let your Creation Station leader know before the party to confirm we have enough stock to accomodate the additional guests. The additional guests will need to be paid for in advance.

Please be aware that suitable clothing must be worn for the birthday party – i.e. clothes that can be easily washed. We do not guarantee that the paint will come out of all fabrics.

In order to set up the party activities The Creation Station needs access to the venue 45 minutes before the start time of the party.

The Creation Station does not provide food of any kind for parties nor supervise their food breaks.

All practical measures are taken to protect the health and safety of all guests. It is the responsibility of the accompanying adults to supervise all children. The Creation Station leader will organise and provide the activities for all the children but will not take any responsibility for looking after the children.

Whilst our Creation Station leaders are DBS checked and trained to manage groups of young children it is the party host’s responsibility to ensure that a responsible adult is present at all times and that children’s behaviour is managed.

If the children’s behaviour prevents the Creation Station leader from delivering the party to our required standard the leader reserves the right to discontinue the party and the cost of your party will not be refunded.
