It’s Make it Monday | No paintbrush painting

We love process art at The Creation Station so here is a cheap and simple way for your children to explore new ways of painting and creating patterns and textures using simple items you have at home.  You could also try this activity outside on large pieces of paper or card.  Your child will love the process of exploration and you may be surprised at some of the end results too.

What you will need:

– Readymix washable paint

– Paper or card

– Items from around the house that can be washed such as clean dish brushes, old toothbrushes, toy cars, toy animals, bath scrunchies, window scrapers.

What to do:

Simply put some paint out in trays or squirt straight on to the paper/card with the items you have chosen.  Now watch as your child enjoys the wonder of this new and exciting way of painting.
