Why I decided to run my own Creation Station…  I’m a Mum of 2 girls aged 10 and 6, one maybe both have SEN. Aged 9 myself I wanted to be a teacher. I have always loved working with children and I’m passionate about children’s opportunities to grow, learn and develop their full potential, becoming kind, compassionate and educated individuals as adults ready to contribute positively to their communities and society as a whole.

What I did before I ran my own Creation Station… I served in the Royal Navy aged 16 in logistics. I then became a Registered Veterinary Nurse, I have run my own business as an Area manager for Betterware working with vulnerable adults, I have worked as an administrator to a senior manager in an Army camp and most recently as receptionist in schools progressing to admin officer to the ALNCo, assisting with SEN children and then progressing to be a Pastoral Officer in a secondary school.

What I love about running my own Creation Station…  The flexibility and freedom to be my own boss, making my children and customers smile and being able to be there for my children for their school holidays and events at school such as sports day.

Things I love doing…  I love creating myself. I love to sew, knit and crochet and I’m always making and creating with my two girls at home. My table is a mess of permanent pen and glitter!
