Running The Creation Station in Edinburgh is truly a dream come true for me. Some of my fondest memories from childhood are sitting around the table with my Mum and siblings, creating together. That love for creativity has stayed with me throughout my life, and there’s nothing I enjoy more than having a paintbrush or palette knife in my hand, bringing seascapes and cityscapes of my beautiful Edinburgh to life.

With a background as a primary school teacher, I’ve always loved working with children, and I realized that combining my passion for teaching with my love for art was the perfect way to inspire others. Watching both children and adults discover their creative potential, learn new techniques, and proudly create their own unique pieces of art is so fulfilling.

It’s also wonderful to see the friendships that blossom as children and families work together week after week. There’s something truly magical about the joy of creating, and I’m so happy to be able to share that joy with the Edinburgh community!
