Hello, I’m Mel and welcome to The Creation Station Chichester. If you’re looking for award-winning arts and crafts classes for children then look no further! We host a range of activities for children of all ages from newborns at Tiny Treasures to the whole family at Family Fun events.

Tiny Treasures

Create memories, friendships and handmade craft gifts with your baby.

Baby Discover

Your Baby Discover classes run weekly during term times and often in the holidays as well.

Little Explorer

Give your child fun journeys of exploration, discovery and development. Your Little Explorer award-winning and educational classes are designed for children aged 17 months to 5 years.

Family Fun

Arts and crafts family fun classes suitable for all children up to 11 years.

Create Club

Tiny Treasures: 0 – 6m+

A cosy session for you to bring along your new bundle of joy to make a keepsake with your little ones. Come for the memories, stay for the cuppa 😉

Baby Discover: 6-18m

A weekly session for you and your baby to get stuck into some arts and crafts together. Come and explore creative play with everything provided by us.

Little Explorers: 18m-5years

When your little ones gets a little bigger they can graduate to Little Explorers. Spark that curiosity in these weekly sessons.

Create Club: After School Club

We provide an after school for your creatives kids which follows and complements their curriculum at school.

Arty Parties

Did you know we provide everything you need for a creation station party?! Just tell us when and where and we’ll bring all the things to make the birthday person feel special. Contact us for our packages and more information.

Meet Mel

WHY I DECIDED TO RUN MY OWN CREATION STATION...

After having my daughter, Emi, I needed to find a job that suited my family more. My son, Oscar, and I had also been to some Creation Station classes when he was smaller and enjoyed them so much. I wanted to bring that joy to others!

WHAT I DID BEFORE I RAN MY OWN CREATION STATION...

For much of my career I supported adults with learning disabilities then made the move into a pharmacy after Oscar was born as the hours were a bit better. I also trained as a birth doula!

WHAT I LOVE ABOUT RUNNING MY OWN CREATION STATION...

I love being able to nurture creativity and spark joy in my sessions. 🙂

SOMETHING YOU PROBABLY DON’T KNOW ABOUT ME...

I like to guess what a person is like by their favourite shape of pasta. (Spirali is mine!)

THINGS I LOVE DOING...

I love music and singing (I always have something in my head), cuddling my cat, going to IKEA, writing on whiteboards and I am not ashamed of my TikTok obsession.

MY FAVOURITE JOKE...

Two muffins in an oven, one turns to the other and says "gosh it's getting hot in here!"

The other replies "AAHHH A TALKING MUFFIN!!"

MY FAVOURITE FOOD...

There’s probably nothing better than a good roast!
